Craig has 20 years of banking experience. He is a Sanibel resident and Sanibel community leader. Prior to joining the Bank, he was in charge of the banking on Sanibel for another bank for three years, and before that he was a loan officer with Community Bank of the Islands.

David is a Florida Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of banking experience. Immediately prior to joining Craig and Chip he worked with Chip in forming First Community Bank of Southwest Florida and Southwest Florida Community Bancorp, Inc. Prior to joining Chip in forming First Community Bank, he served two years as Controller of a public software company in Fort Myers and five years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of South Florida Bank in Fort Myers, that was purchased by a regional bank.

Jennifer is a Florida Certified Public Accountant with 4 years of accounting experience.  Prior to joining the bank, Jennifer worked with a top four public accounting firm in Tampa as a senior accountant.  Jennifer is a graduate from the University of Florida with a Masters of Accounting.

Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer

Larry has been a resident of Southwest Florida since 1981 with over 25 years of business finance and banking experience. 10 of those years in accounting and internal auditing and 15+ banking, all in credit administration. Credit positions held include Senior Credit Analyst and Credit Manager at regional banks.

Tony has over 24 years of mortgage lending experience, all in Southwest Florida. He would love to assist you with your mortgage lending needs.

Sharon has had over 15 years of banking experience. As Cashier she oversees the Deposit Operations department, and maintains the deposit policies and procedures of the bank. Sharon also provides daily support to branch personnel regarding deposit accounts.

Vickie has over 20 years of banking experience serving in a number of different capacities. She serves as Compliance Officer.

Senior Vice President and Bank Secrecy Act Officer

Jennifer has over 6 years of banking experience. As Bank Secrecy Act Officer, Jennifer is responsible for maintaining the bank's integrity in regards to BSA, Anti-Money Laundering Act, Know Your Customer, and Customer Information Policy.

Jon is responsible for maintaining the bank's computers, information and network infrastructure. Jon is a graduate from the University of Florida and is an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and a CCSP (Cisco Certified Security Professional).

Vice President and Office Manager

Nora has over 25 years of banking experience serving as Operations Supervisor, Customer Service Representative and Teller. As Office Manager she oversees the CSRs and Tellers. Her goal is to provide you with efficient, accurate and friendly service.

Allen has over 23 years in financial services from brokerage to banking.  Allen is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and relocated to SW Florida in 1996.  He has been part of the Sanibel community since 1999 and holds several board positions on the island.

Lana has had 15 years of banking experience. As the Operations Manager she oversees the banks exception items, transaction processing, and wire transfers as well as providing support to the branches.

Assistant Vice President and Office Manager

As Office Manager, Debbie assists customers by opening new deposit accounts and answering any deposit related questions customers may have.

Assistant Vice President and Credit Administrator

Melissa is a native of Southwest Florida and has over 22 years of banking experience. She has served in a number of areas of the bank which include branch operations, commercial lending, small business banking and consumer lending. She is serving as Credit Administrator for the Bank.

Lori has 20+ years of secretarial experience in the educational field.  Although new to Banking, she welcomes the new learning.

Teller Supervisor

As Teller Supervisor, Sharon handles customers' deposit transactions.

Gaby has had over 4 years of customer service experience. She has been in Fort Myers since 2002, moving here from her native country of Honduras in Central America. She is bilingual and she will be happy to process all your transactions at the Iona-McGregor location.

Edwin has over 25 years of banking experience serving in various roles withinbanks which enables him to provide support to the Bank Secrecy Act (“BSA”) Officer and contribute to the overall efficiency of the BSA Department.

Lisa works in the Bank’s Operations Department eagerly assisting our customers from behind the scenes.  Lisa is an expert in processing incoming and outgoing wires, solving ATM and VISA debit card disputes and balancing the Bank’s internal accounts.   You may not see them in your bank but they are always available to take your questions.

Administrative Assistant

Carmen has 25 years experience in handling loan documentation. As Administrative Assistant she assists customers in completing loan applications and documentation and answering any loan-related questions that they may have.

Customer Service Representative

Sandy comes to us with 20 years of financial experience.  As Customer Service Rep., Sandy assists customers with opening new accounts, and will be happy to assist with all your banking needs.

As Credit Analyst, Scott assists the credit department and maintains reports and records for our loan portfolio. Scott is a graduate of Canisius College in Buffalo New York and has been a resident of Southwest Florida since 2000.

Marilynne joins the Operations department after 10 years of post closing experience at various local banks.  Marilynne’s attention to detail and accuracy has helped her quickly adapt to the challenges of file maintenance review.

Marilyn has over 30 years of banking experience, ranging from Operations to Marketing. She'll be happy to assist you with any of your banking needs.

Janalyn has over 6 years of banking and accounting experience serving in a number of different capacities. As an Accountant, she maintains the accounting records for the Bank.

Lisa started with us back in 2003 and worked in the Bank’s Operations Department for   2 ½ years.  As Administrative Assistant, Lisa handles the loan process from inception through closing as well as assisting customers with any loan related issues throughout the life of the loan.

Prior to joining the Sanibel Captiva Community Bank, Dallas has gained fourteen years of experience in various aspects of banking and at various local banks.

As a Network Administrator, Jonathan assists in the set-up and troubleshooting of the Bank's computers and network. He is Cisco certified in Web Design and currently pursuing his degree in Computer Science and Networking along with other certifications. He has a passion for this field.

Susan Stone has been a familiar face at the Periwinkle branch since 1990.  She has worked at that location through four other banks, before finding its home with Sanibel Captiva Community Bank.  Susan has been working as a teller for over 17 years and would love to reminisce with you at the Periwinkle office.

Jim is our resident Renaissance man. He maintains the facilities and coordinates the flow of information between locations.

Judy has over 30 years of banking experience here in Lee County serving as Teller, Customer Service Representative and Operations Assistant. As Operations Assistant, Judy answers any deposit related questions that customers may have and serves as the Bank's purchasing agent.
