Craig has 20 years of banking experience. He is a Sanibel resident and Sanibel community leader. Prior to joining the Bank, he was in charge of the banking on Sanibel for another bank for three years, and before that he was a loan officer with Community Bank of the Islands.



David Carleton Hall
David Carleton Hall Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

David is a Florida Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of banking experience. Immediately prior to joining Craig and Chip he worked with Chip in forming First Community Bank of Southwest Florida and Southwest Florida Community Bancorp, Inc. Prior to joining Chip in forming First Community Bank, he served two years as Controller of a public software company in Fort Myers and five years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of South Florida Bank in Fort Myers, that was purchased by a regional bank.



Jennifer Erickson

Jennifer is a Florida Certified Public Accountant with 4 years of accounting experience.  Prior to joining the bank, Jennifer worked with a top four public accounting firm in Tampa as a senior accountant.  Jennifer is a graduate from the University of Florida with a Masters of Accounting.

Larry has been a resident of Southwest Florida since 1981 with over 25 years of business finance and banking experience. 10 of those years in accounting and internal auditing and 15+ banking, all in credit administration. Credit positions held include Senior Credit Analyst and Credit Manager at regional banks.

Sharon has had over 15 years of banking experience. As Cashier she oversees the Deposit Operations department, and maintains the deposit policies and procedures of the bank. Sharon also provides daily support to branch personnel regarding deposit accounts.

Allen has over 23 years in financial services from brokerage to banking.  Allen is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and relocated to SW Florida in 1996.  He has been part of the Sanibel community since 1999 and holds several board positions on the island.

Lana has had 15 years of banking experience. As the Operations Manager she oversees the banks exception items, transaction processing, and wire transfers as well as providing support to the branches.
