Terms and Conditions
  1. Participation is restricted to individuals and US account holders only.
  2. Cardholders will earn one point per net dollar purchase made on their financial institution's Visa account; exclusive of cash advances, traveler's check purchases, balance transfers and access checks. Points do not accumulate for fees of any kind, such as late payment fees, annual fees, over limit fees, and related service charges, unauthorized charges, and ATM transactions. Changes made to the above list are at the sole discretion of your financial institution.
  3. Points are stated above earn a round-trip, scheduled ticket on any US-based airline carrier as designated in the reward schedule. The ticket will be a non-refundable, non-changeable airline ticket in the specified class based on the reward schedule and will be for no more than the amount designated in the reward schedule, including taxes and destination charges. Additional costs, such as overnight delivery, are at the cardholder's expense. Any US-based airline is defined as domestic or international airlines whose schedules, fares and availability are displayed or published in an airline industry computer reservation system such as SABRE.
  4. Note: Cardholder may elect to pay any amount over the designated ticket value. Round-trip flights must originate in the 50 United States. Cardholders must book flights at least 21 days in advance and the trip must include a Saturday night stay. Interim stopovers of more than 4 hours and en route stopovers except to make direct connections are not allowed. Tickets may be purchased in any designated individual's name, but must be redeemed by the cardholder or an authorized user on the account. Tickets will be sent to cardholder's billing address. Choice of carrier and traveling dates are at the cardholder's discretion, subject to availability. Reservations exclude the use of charters, wholesalers, or consolidators.
  5. Note: Reservations on carriers with records of unreliable service, or other indications of unreliability, may not be available.
  6. Maximum points earned are 10,000 per month.
  7. Points are considered earned when they are posted to the redemption system.
  8. Points will expire five (5) years from the end of the quarter in which they are earned. Points redeemed and expired points will be based on a first-in, first-out process. Cardholder quarterly statements will show points that are due to expire within the following 90 days.
  9. Accounts will be updated monthly. Points may take up to 60 days to be posted following qualifying purchase.
  10. For redemptions, inquiries, and updates cardholders may call 1-800-411-8424. Hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (CT), seven days a week.
  11. Quarterly statements will indicate the number of points credited to your financial institution's Visa Rewards account. This number of points will equal the sum of billed purchases during the period, less any refunds or returns.
  12. Points cannot be earned until an account has been assigned. No retroactive credit will be given. Points may not be combined from different accounts to earn a reward. Points cannot be used in conjunction with other frequency or reward programs.
  13. Your financial institution reserves the right to alter, change, or terminate the program at any time without notice.
  14. Questions as to what constitutes a qualifying transaction as well as any exceptions are at the sole discretion of your financial institution. Your financial institution reserves the right to verify and adjust points at any time prior to or following posting and redemption.
  15. Your financial institution reserves the right to disqualify cardholders who have violated these rules.
  16. Points are not transferable, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used as payment for obligations owed to your financial institution or its affiliates.
  17. Determination and payment of tax liability is the sole responsibility of the cardholder.
  18. The account must be open and in good standing and the outstanding balance must not be in excess of the approved credit line in order to redeem.
  19. Administrative services are provided by National Card Control, Inc. (NCCI) and travel agency services are provided by its affiliate, Cendant Travel, Inc.
  20. Neither your financial institution, Visa, NCCI, or Cendant Travel, Inc. shall be liable for any bodily harm and/or property damage which may result from your participation in your financial institution's program nor for the performance by the airlines of the ticketed transportation. Your financial institution des not guarantee the availability of any flight on any airline or seats on any such flight. Your financial institution does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the goods and services offered by any airline. Tickets are subject to the applicable airline rules and restrictions.
  21. Lost, stolen, or otherwise destroyed tickets or documents are not reusable or replaceable. Points are considered fully redeemed when an airline ticket is issued and mailed to the Cardholder.
  22. Membership will automatically be renewed each year at the then current membership fee as long as your account is in good standing, unless cardholder notifies your financial institution of cancellation of your financial institution's Visa Rewards Program.
  23. Your financial institution's Visa Rewards Program is void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
